E-Poster Submission Guidelines

E-poster submission deadline is over but the authors who received confirmation/approval email, can submit their final poster by 28 March 2021. Their poster will be displayed on the website. Please remember to submit both pdf and jpg files of the E-poster. 

A sub-committee will decide about the best poster and the author may be given a chance for 5 minutes oral presentation

E-Poster layout 

A Research E-Poster must be submitted with the following sections:

1. Objectives
2. Methods
3. Results
4. Conclusions

For a Case Report, it should have the following Section:

1. Background
2. Case Presentation
3. Conclusion

The total word count should not exceed 400. Tables and figures can be added if required but in all cases, the total word count should not exceed 400 words (including, tables, figures, and references).

References are not obligatory.

E-Poster Preparation

Please prepare your E-Poster as a 1-page/slide in landscape orientation in PowerPoint and then save it as pdf and jpg image.

Choose a widescreen layout. The aspect ratio (ratio of width to height) should ideally be set to ’16:9′ (13.3x7.5 inch size is predefined in PowerPoint). You can have 2 to 4 columns maximum.

Fonts should be sans-serif (e.g., Arial, Calibri, etc.). Use a reasonable font size but it should not be smaller than 10 point.

Both pdf and jpg files are required to be submitted.

More than one author can be mentioned in the E-Poster but only the corresponding author will submit the poster.

 

General Information

1. Submitted abstracts should include non-published data.
2. Posters will be selected by scientific committee of the conference from already submitted abstracts (Deadline 28/02/2021)
3. All abstracts accepted for presentation will be published on the conference website under Poster Gallery prior to the conference.
4. Abstracts can not be edited/updated after final submission.

You should only submit E-Poster after you have received an email from the conference organizer that you can submit the final E-poster.

Your abstract is not successfully submitted until you receive a confirmation e-mail after clicking the final submit button. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us. (email: psnmconf@gmail.com )
